Can I upload a video recorded on a camera to Tegrity?
Question:

I recorded using a digital camera. Can I upload a video recorded on a camera to Tegrity? 
Answer:

If you are using a Windows operating system and have downloaded the Tegrity recorder, then yes, you can upload the video to Tegrity.

When uploading existing video content, Tegrity supports the following video file formats:

  • Flash Video Files (*.flv)
  • Movie Files (*.mpeg, *.mpg)
  • MP4 Files (*.mp4,*.m4v,*.mp4v,*.3gp,*.3gpp)
  • QuickTime Movie Files (*.mov)
  • Windows Media Files (*.asf,*.wmv)
  • Windows Video Files (*.avi)

To upload:  

1.      In the system tray, right-click on the Tegrity icon.

2.      Select "Upload Video as Class"

3.      Verify that the correct course is selected.

4.      Edit the title as needed

5.      Browse to the location of the video file and select the file

6.      Select Upload Video.  (System must be online to complete the upload.)
