How do I find out when I can start a program? Do some programs have waitlists?
Answer:
Information on starting months for each program is listed in our website in the program description. Some of VCC's most popular programs, particularly in the Health Sciences, have waitlists. If the waitlist is long, this will be indicated under "Program Status".
For most programs, applications are accepted throughout the year on a first-qualified, first-served basis. A program can fill quickly and it is important to apply as soon as all the admissions requirements have been met. This is not the case for programs where admission is on a competitive selection basis. These programs have an admission deadline and applicants are offered a seat based on a special selection criteria.
