What do I do when I have trouble printing from Banner?
Answer:

Check to make sure that the printing problem is Banner related. If screen-prints, word documents or email messages will not print, then the problem is network related. If those types of jobs will print but those from Banner will not, you must contact the help desk or submit an online work request. Please provide the employee ID, the error message that has been generated and the six digit job number from the Auto Hint line at the bottom left of the form.
