Why can't I get my MyOkanagan Email?

When I click on the email icon, the page won't load. How can I fix this?
Answer:
If you are using Shaw Cable as an internet service provider, you may have a problem with your browser settings. To fix this, do the following in Internet Explorer:
- Click "Tools", "Internet Options"
- Click the "Connections" tab
- Click the "LAN Settings" button
- Un-check the "Automatically detect settings" box
- Click the "OK" button
- Click the "OK" button again
You should now be able to load the email page.
