When I click on the email icon, the page won't load. How can I fix this?

If you are using Shaw Cable as an internet service provider, you may have a problem with your browser settings. To fix this, do the following in Internet Explorer:

  • Click "Tools", "Internet Options"
  • Click the "Connections" tab
  • Click the "LAN Settings" button
  • Un-check the "Automatically detect settings" box
  • Click the "OK" button
  • Click the "OK" button again

You should now be able to load the email page.
